Purpose: This 30-month project will develop an outreach strategy and increase access to coordinated community services for Aboriginal and other women who have experienced abuse and violence in Kamloops and outlying rural communities. In collaboration with women, men, and service providers such as social workers and shelters, resource mapping of key agencies and their roles will be undertaken and a culturally-relevant domestic violence network hub will be established to coordinate services.
