Purpose: This 36-month project will help prevent the sexual exploitation of young Anglophone women and girls by working with educational institutions (high schools, adult education and vocational training centers) in disadvantaged areas of Montréal. In collaboration with young women, girls and key partners, strategic actions plans, including response and referral protocols, will be developed and implemented in partnering schools to prevent girls from entering the sex trade and to help them exit. Knowledge, best practices, and project evaluation results will be shared with partners for replication in other schools in Montréal.
