Disclosure of Grant and Contribution Awards
|Recipient Name:||Centre dExpertise en Agression Sexuelle Marie-Vincent|
|Purpose:||This 36-month pilot project will test and evaluate a new case-management approach designed to assist mothers in supporting their children who have been victims of sexual assault. In conjunction with project partners, the proposed approach will help provide ongoing support for mothers and girls and better equip mothers to help their daughters deal with these situations, thereby breaking the cycle of violence. A conceptual framework will be put in place along with a case management infrastructure based on best practices. Reference guides will be created, and the approach will be evaluated at the end of the project.|
