| Purpose: | This 24-month project will engage participants in developing/adapting innovative strategies and supports to increase recruitment and retention of women in non-traditional and other sectors where they remain under-represented. It will also engage employers, training partners and other industry stakeholders in providing meaningful employment and training opportunities for women in these sectors. The project will target women working in the film, television and new media sector in the Montréal area and throughout Quebec. |
