Participants will take a number of courses and training to increase their leadership skills, and their knowledge of governance, community development, and politics. All participants will be enrolled in a mentorship network. The causes of the under representation of women as decision-makers on tribal and band councils, management boards and boards of directors of Aboriginal organizations will be addressed.
