Purpose:	The long-term goal of this change strategy is to help young, single mothers in the London community to get out of the cycle of poverty and gain equitable access to education, training and employment in the formal paid labour force. In the short term, the initiative is focused on mobilizing young single mothers from diverse communities including African Canadian, South Asian, Latin American and Muslim.
