Margaret Brodie: Canadian Pioneer

I'm not going to avoid it just because
it's traditionally male-dominated.
If that's one of the places to be, then I want to be there.
I think that women bring something different
to the boardroom.
We think differently, we're strategic
in a different way than men.
So I don't think there's anything wrong with allowing
yourself to be ambitious and letting people
know that ambition.
Obviously there's a fine line there,
and working hard within that and being proud of it.
Reach for the brass ring and go for it.
Women have the ability, we're 50% of the population,
we do really well in school.
We need to believe in ourselves.
