| Purpose: | This 24-month project will identify and address barriers to the professional advancement of immigrant women in Nova Scotia. The project will examine the current context, identify barriers, develop resources and support private sector partners in implementing changes to existing human resources policies and guidelines to increase opportunities for professional immigrant women. Project partners will present best practices to community organizations, government, and other private sector representatives in order to advance the economic prosperity of immigrant women in the region. |
